About Red Dot (Cymru) Ltd

Red Dot (Cymru) Ltd is run by its directors William Loynton, George Laidlaw, Dyfed Lloyd-Jones. Derek Evans is an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) and the office manager is Linda Rees. Between them, they have combined experience covering more than 80 years of advising individual and corporate clients on most aspects of financial planning.

Based on the edge of the beautiful Brecon Beacons National Park, we are located in the centre of Llandeilo and are well placed to meet clients from all parts of Wales and the West of England.

We believe in looking at each client as an individual, not trying to squeeze everyone into one mould.

William Loynton
William is a director and IFA specialising in personal and corporate financial planning. He has been working within the financial services sector since 1984 and became an IFA in 2002, after a career with the Pearl. A keen walker and rugby fan, William is married with three children.

George Laidlaw             
George is a director and IFA specialising in personal and corporate financial planning. He has been working within the financial services sector since 1993 and became an IFA in 2001, after eight years with the Prudential. A keen golfer, George is married with two sons.

Dyfed Lloyd-Jones
Dyfed is a director and IFA who specialises primarily in mortgages including commercial loans and the buy-to-let market. He has been working within the financial services sector since 1992 and became an IFA in 2001, after nine years with the Prudential. Dyfed is married with one son and is keen on sports “especially football and rugby”.

Derek Evans
Derek is an IFA specialising in personal and corporate financial planning. He has been working within the financial services sector since 1979 and became an IFA in 2002, after 23 years with Pearl Assurance. A car enthusiast, Derek is married with two daughters. He also admits to an interest in computers.

Linda Rees
Linda is our office manager who also specialises in general insurance covering both individual and business requirements, having joined the financial services industry in 2001. She is married with two children and is a self-confessed rugby fanatic (following Ammanford RFC, Scarlets and Wales).

We do not normally charge a fee as we are usually paid by the lender. However, you have the option to pay us a fee and receive any commission
which we are paid by the lender. If you choose this option, we estimate that the fee will be £250.
